27TH OCTOBER BLACK DAY

The Secretary In-charge of the GB Council, Mr. Waseem Ajmal Chaudhary, the Joint Secretary GB Council, Mr. Sudher Khan Khattak and employees of GB Council observed 77th anniversary of the Indian troops’ landing in Jammu and Kashmir as a ‘Black Day’.
